How Our Process Works:

We offer a supply-and-fit service or a standalone fitting service throughout Dublin and Wicklow.

1. Choose your door
Identify the type of door you require, considering both aesthetics and practical requirements such as soundproofing, fire resistance, etc.

2. Free site survey
We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit and take measurements, assess your existing door frames, and check that everything is suitable for installation. Following the survey, we can provide a more accurate price for the required work.

3. Schedule your installation
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a suitable installation date. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

4. Prepare for installation
Please remove any items near the installation area that could potentially be damaged during the fitting process.

5. Completion & final payment
Once the installation is complete and you’re happy with the work, the remaining balance is due.

Please Note: Door manufacturers generally recommend that no more than 20mm (10mm per side) is trimmed from a door.If your existing door frames are more than 20mm out of alignment or require additional adjustment, this may need to be addressed before the door can be fitted correctly. We’ll assess this during the site survey and advise you of any additional work required.

  • Delivery.
  • Removal of existing doors and, if required, frames and architraves.
  • Installation of new doors with laser-level accuracy.
  • Waste management, with all waste materials disposed of at a certified facility.
Note: Painting and touch-ups may be required after the work is completed. Doors typically come with either a primed or premium finish. Depending on the door, this may be suitable as the final finish. If a door needs to be cut or trimmed, additional painting or finishing may be required. Painting and decorating are outside the standard scope of our carpentry works. However, we can offer a full renovation service if required.
